4. Gift cards
- 4.1 When purchasing a gift card, it is delivered digitally to the specified email address. The gift card is activated immediately and can be used as a payment method at checkout by entering the unique gift card code.
- 4.2 Our gift cards are valid for 12 months after activation. Activation takes place directly at the time of purchase.
- 4.3 It is not possible to purchase gift cards and other physical products in the same order.
5. Delivery
- 5.1 We currently offer delivery within Sweden.
- 5.2 Delivery time is usually 2–5 business days from order confirmation.
- 5.3 Shipping costs may apply and are clearly stated at checkout.
6. Right of withdrawal
- 6.1 As a consumer, you do not have a right of withdrawal when purchasing posters and gift cards on www.styleposter.com.
- 6.2 Under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 11 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or that have a clearly personal character.
- 6.3 Purchased gift cards are delivered immediately in digital form by email and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal.
- 6.4 It is important that you carefully review and verify your purchase before completing the order.
7. Complaints
- 7.1 If your item is damaged or defective, you must file a complaint within 5 days after you receive the item.
- 7.2 We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or collection point, and note the damage on the shipping documents.
- 7.3 For all types of complaints, you must first contact us for further instructions and to discuss how the complaint should be handled.
8. Liability
- 8.1 We are not responsible for delivery delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
- 8.2 We are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising as a result of the product.
