Rückerstattungsrichtlinie

1. Right of withdrawal

• 1.1 As a consumer, you do not have a right of withdrawal when purchasing posters and gift cards on StylePoster
• 1.2 Under the Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act, Chapter 2, Section 11 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the consumer’s instructions or that have a clearly personal character.
• 1.3 Purchased gift cards are delivered immediately in digital form by email and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal.
• 1.4 It is important that you carefully review and verify your purchase before completing the order.

2. Complaints

• 2.1 If your item is damaged or defective, you must file a complaint within 5 days after you receive the item.
• 2.2 We recommend that you inspect the products upon receipt and report any damage to the packaging directly to the carrier or collection point, and note the damage on the shipping documents.
• 2.3 For all types of complaints, you must first contact us for further instructions and to discuss how the complaint should be handled.

3. Rückerstattungen

• 3.1 Wenn eine Rücksendung gemäß den geltenden Bedingungen genehmigt wird, erstatten wir den von dir gezahlten Betrag für das Produkt, einschließlich etwaiger Versandkosten.
• 3.2 Die Rückerstattung erfolgt innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab dem Datum, an dem wir bestätigen, dass die Reklamation genehmigt wurde.
• 3.3 Die Rückerstattung erfolgt mit derselben Zahlungsmethode, die beim Kauf verwendet wurde.
